  3. Once information is in the data records, you can make
  4. inquiries, so that you can either see certain informa-
  5. tion on the display screen, or you can have it printed
  6. on your printer.  The choices are up to you.

  8. You show that you want to make an inquiry by choosing #9
  9. from the 'What You Can Do' screen and then, when asked,
  10. indicate that you want to see ~s~ (some) of the records,
  11. or ~a~ ^064 of the records in the file.
  12. .sp
  13. Normally you will probably only want to look at ~s~ (some)
  14. of the records.  When you choose ~s~, you will see some
  15. screens with the same choices that you used when you were
  16. entering data.  You make your choices in the same way,
  17. by typing the number of your choice and pressing the
  18. 'enter' key, or you may choose ^064 of the choices on
  19. the display by just pressing the 'enter' key without
  20. having typed a number first.

  23. ~s~ (some) of the records, and the second is where you
  24. are choosing ~a~ ^064 of the records.
